Unable to multipath LUNs after enabling MPxIO against FCP LUNs presented by NetApp Filer (Doc ID 1597633.1)

After a enabling MPxIO the following utilities do not show the virtual device names for the luns being presented by the NetApp Filer:

None of the presented LUNs have been multipathed.
