ACSLS - Having Difficulty Setting Port Values For My Library Attach Utility

Symptoms
The Commvault backup application cannot dismount tapes from ACSLS logical library drives
The acsss_event.log shows TRANSPORT_BUSY error during the dismount.
The smce log shows that the Dismount failed because the tape is not unloaded:
