Occasionally we have seen the onboard raid controller list the drive members as 'Unconfigured bad'. Usually, it is possible to repair this and keep the data intact using the RAID WebBIOS.
Goal
 Occasionally we have seen the onboard raid controller list the drive members as 'Unconfigured bad'. Usually, it is possible to repair this and keep the data intact using the RAID WebBIOS.
This process will need to be done using a VGA monitor and USB mouse to maneuver around in the RAID WebBIOS and should be done in a maintenance window as it will involve the steps below:
