Goal
Oracle (Exadata & SuperCluster) Engineered Systems ship with a utility called DCLI (Distributed Command Line Interface),
along with group files for use with same (via the -g switch) that list the multiple Compute Nodes & Storage Cells.
However, although these Engineered Systems _also_ contain multiple InfiniBand (IB) Switches, they do not (by default)
have a suitable DCLI group file for same. In order to gather common IB diagnostics, it is very useful to create such
a file, and use same to establish Secure SHell (SSH) user equivalency, before running diagnostics.
