Goal

The goal of this document is to inform the customer site of the activities which will be required prior to Field engagement.  If an Oracle Key Manager appliance (KMA - x2100/x2200/x4170) requires hardware maintenance (such as system board replacement, DIMM memory replacement, hard drive replacement, SCA6000 card replacement, etc.), then the customer should be aware that a domain outage could potentially be incurred and a maintenance window should be scheduled accordingly.
