Symptoms
Oracle FCoE/CNA card not logging onto a Cisco Nexus 5000/5xxx FCoE Switch via Fibre Channel (FC).
FCOE card LED's show SAN Ports as Green and flashing - indicating: Power on, link established, receive and transmit activity.
fcinfo hba-port command
shows: "State: offline" for ports
So Ethernet connection works but FC connections do not work.
