Goal

When Using Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) with Oracle VirtualBox as the Desktop Provider, the situation may occur in which the VirtualBox Server becomes slow or virtual machine(s) (VM) hang. This article provides an outline of what information to gather to provide to Oracle Support for investigation into the cause of the problem.
