SAM-QFS: "samcmd a" Shows "initializing" Persistently (Doc ID 1612059.1)

Symptoms

After a switchover of QFS resources groups in a Solaris cluster environment, some SAM-QFS filesystems (not all) are no longer archiving.
When checking the status using the "samcmd a" (or samu - option "a"), it shows that the filesystem(s) are still "initializing" :
