Ops Center12c : browser hangs while redirecting to secure port (Doc ID 1615197.1)

 While connecting to BUI page with IE 9.0.8112.16421 ( or unsupported FF 14.0.1 ) , the redirection hangs in the page "Redirecting to secure port"


There was an attempt to upgrade OC to U4 from BUI that hung and was interrupted.

Later the customer did a manual upgrade, which succeeded.
