Exachk Hang / Displays message "Exachk could not determine Exadata software version from environment."

After running for hrs Exachk terminate with below errors:

Is root password same on all STORAGE SERVER[y/n][y]
Enter root password for STORAGE SERVER :-
Exachk could not determine Exadata software version from environment. Set RAT_EXADATA_VERSION environment variable to Exadata software version and re-run it.
