Essbase 11.2.2.2.104 On Exalytics: Error "Invalid Block Header" When Aggregating Or Reading Data From Cube (Doc ID 1623707.1)

Symptoms

Encountering invalid block headers and application corruption on Essbase 11.1.2.2.104 cubes in Exalytics server environment.
The problem is only noted while reading data from the cube. Although, in some cases this happens after the cube is first accessed prior to restarting Essbase.
In other cases this error occurs after running an Aggregation on the cube, which usually follows a data load process.
