Encountering invalid block headers and application corruption on Essbase 188.8.131.52.104 cubes in Exalytics server environment.
The problem is only noted while reading data from the cube. Although, in some cases this happens after the cube is first accessed prior to restarting Essbase.
In other cases this error occurs after running an Aggregation on the cube, which usually follows a data load process.
