The Network Interface In Active-Active IPMP Configuration shows INACTIVE Flag (Doc ID 1626756.1)

Symptoms

Network interface in an Active-Active IPMP group shows  interafce with INACTIVE flag. VCS considered these interfaces as down and customer  needs help to understand why the interfaces nxge0 is  INACTIVE as they did NOT intend to configure them in a stand-by (hence they do not have STAND-BY flag) and how to remove that flag.
