Information in this document applies to any platform.
An Oracle VM VirtualBox (VBox) user accessing a Windows 7 guest accessing the file server (CIFS area of ZFS SA) may find that the 'VBoxCredProv.dll' file malfunctions, causing Windows Explorer of the Windows OS fail to run normally.
This behavior is only seen when using non-administrator accounts on the Windows guest, with VirtualBox Guest Additions (GA) version 4.2.19.r89042 or later.
Recent instrumentation for VirtualBox intended to support for the SENS functionality.
