Sun ZFS Storage Appliance: Cannot access Service Processor ILOM through Service Processor net management port even though it appears to be set up correctly

Symptoms
FSE connected his laptop to a ZFS appliance service processor net management port to upgrade the service processor ILOM BIOS/firmware. He could not ping the SP even though /SP/network appeared to be set up properly
Changes
On a normal array when a show /SP/network is run on the service processor from the serial console, we find the
service processor managementport parameter is set to :
managementport = /SYS/SP/NET0
On the array with the problem we see that management is connected to
managementport = /SYS/MB/NET0
This actually correlates with igb0. So, they are using igb0 for ILOM management
