Symptoms

Windows 7/10 Client fails to install.

Errors that look like this in the MDVOPLauncher.0.txt

Note that the above sample was from the SysAdmin version. It would say CSE for the CSE version

Other symptoms include no transcript logs, possibly cannot load code or retrieve dumps or event logs and ID files.
