VTCS Is Assigning To VTVs A MGMTCLAS That Is Not Listed On TAPEREQ Nor POLICY Statements (Doc ID 1635945.1)

Sun StorageTek Virtual Tape Control Software (VTCS) - Version 6.2 and later
IBM z/OS on System z

Symptoms

VTVRPT is showing many VTVs with a MGMTCLAS that is not listed on a defined POLICY or TAPEREQ.

ACS routines (SMS) do not list the MIGRATE MGMTCLAS name.

This MGMTCLAS is an old name that is no longer used for new VTVs.
