Symptoms

Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Administrators may observe that SSL Daemon Processes (ttassl) are spinning--consuming a large volume of processing resources--after application of the 5.1p1 Patch Set Update (PSU).  This condition, if left unchecked, may result in users reporting client connections are failing.
