Solaris Cluster HAStoragePlus Resource Fails to Start due to Error "line in vfstab has too few entries" (Doc ID 1640628.1)

Symptoms

All HAStoragePlus resources fail to start on one node and shows the following error in /var/adm/messages:

notice in particular the message "line in vfstab has too few entries"

Changes

Some changes might have been made in /etc/vfstab. Check modification time using ls -la /etc/vfstab.
