Can't Launch The Application To Manage Brocade Switch After Java Upgrade

Symptoms

 After upgrading java on the Brocade management server, when the customer tries to open the Brocade web interface  and manage the switch they receive the following error:


java.lang.SecurityException: Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar: http://axiom-sw-a/wt-app.jar.pack.gz
