Symptoms
Weblogic did not install and register as a SMF service.
Changes
The weblogic service manifest is actually located at: ~acsss/install/weblogic.xml. In that same directory is 'install_smf.sh', which will register SMF services for all ACSLS-related services, including weblogic.
