ACSLS - Termination invoked, acsls service is in Maintenance Mode - STATUS_DUPLICATE_IDENTIFIER Error

Symptoms
ACSLS terminates instead to start up properly after 'acsss enable' reporting the following errors in acsss_event.log:

tail -f /var/svc/log/application-slm-acsls:default.log
Client host name <client_host_name> and User Id <user_id>' combination repeated in
/export/home/ACSSS/data/external/access_control/internet.addresses.
Please remove one of the occurrences and rebuild Access Control information.
