Customer getting a lot of SOAP errors on port 3336 and 3333 on four KMA servers. Rebooting the KMA servers does not cleare the network issue.

This problem was reported as an issue with four KMAs getting SOAP errors after the change of Daylight Savings Time.  Rebooting the KMA servers should reset the ports and resume communication with other KMA server.

What I did not not know was the customer also installed new firewall servers about that same time.

We rebooted the KMAs to reset the ports and stop the SOAP errors, but that did not resolve the problem.

Also one KMA server would not boot back up, so the disk drive for that machine was replaced and a Quick Start was run on that KMA to reconfigure the ports.
