Symptoms

 Increase the MTU size of an interface using dladm, in this case aggregation, but it fails with "link busy".

 # dladm set-linkprop -p mtu=9000 isc_agreg1
dladm: warning: cannot set link property 'mtu' on 'isc_agreg1': link busy
