Symptoms

The ddcli utility is used to provision (-format) the ssd's on an F80 PCIE Card. The -format operation errors with "Failed to get information about supported OP.". The error occurs in both cli and interactive mode.

In this example, the cli fails on the format of a single ssd.

 

Changes

 In some cases, the latest patch containing the firmware for the PCIe Card has just been downloaded and unzipped onto the server.
