Symptoms

There is a problem in the VOP (Virtual Op Panel) Server Application where it cannot determine the correct password to use.  Following are the messages that can be seen:

Fri Apr 11 12:51:55 2014 SEVERE: Error Connecting to the device with IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Fri Apr 11 12:51:55 2014 WARNING: Could not get the library password
