T5xx0: DIMM service LED remains lit after DIMM replacement (Doc ID 1669799.1)

Symptoms

Customer had a faulted DIMM replaced

All faults had been cleared from Solaris and no errors reported in ILOM, ALOM, but the service LED was reported as ON (steady) by ILOM, ALOM and prtdiag. Hereby an example from the ILOM side:
