ZFS casesensitivity property can cause issues when set to "mixed"

ZFS can sometimes be unable to distinguish between case-sensitive filenames while picking them up (e.g. between CC and cc) in the same directory
Customer's build team believed that were explicitly executing:
was getting loaded instead. The behavior is due to the (default) casesensitivity property setting on the underlined dataset. e.g.:
nysdvlibgz1 # zfs get casesensitivity sdvlib2/util
