Symptoms
Using HSC command Modify Config after replacing a drive takes a long time. One example, it took over 6 minutes when there was just one ACS with 4 LSMs.
No other changes were made other than replace a drive.
Replacing a drive in a SL8500 or SL3000 and issuing the MODIFY CONFIG command causes delays in tape processing.
