Symptoms
Both Fan trays are marked as failing.
v880 / the server will shutdown after these messages.
{3} ok
WARNING: Fan Tray 3 (I/O) too slow or stopped
FATAL: Both I/O Fan Trays (3 and 4) too slow or not present!
WARNING: SYSTEM POWERING DOWN IN 30 SECONDS!
Type Ctrl-C to cancel shutdown sequence and return to ok prompt.
Note that cancelling the shutdown sequence may defeat the purpose
of the environmental monitor and irreparably damage the system!
