Symptoms
We've installed STA v 2.0 on a Oracle Linux 6.4 server. ADI was enabled in the SLConsole.
After which the library was rebooted. The tape drives are discovered in STA but they remain in a status "unknown" which means that no rich data is received. A second reboot of the library when STA was configured did not resolve the issue.
