Newly Added LUNs not Did not Automatically Configured in MPxIO

Symptoms
When adding new LUNs from an IBM DS8300 they are showing up in format as 4 separate disks rather than a single MPXIO LUN.
LUNs from the same array are properly multi-pathed.
Changes
Some LUNs are used for DR. 99% of the time these LUNs are read / write prohibited from the DS8300 as they are being mirrored from another server.
In DR , break the mirror and read/write enable the LUNs to this host. But MPXIO didn't mutlipath them and in format they showed as 4 separate LUNs.
A current example is this test LUN allocated to the server server01
