Issues with tape drives led customer to restart ACSLS and the library.

All tape drives are marked to a 'down' state, after running 'samd stop' and 'samd start'.

STATUS_COMMUNICATION_FAILED errors logged in system messages file. This was preceded by a "getrpcbyname failed" error.

Prior to this, the only problem was with drive 601:

There is only one SSI process ( ssi_so ) running but rpcinfo shows three SSI program numbers that cannot be deleted by 'rpcinfo -d'.
( These might be preventing the robotics daemons to restart successfully. )

Rebooted the library and cycled the ACSLS software
