The Registration Event is not Visible for Certain Users in Palladion / OCSM (Doc ID 1679171.1)

Symptoms

Status: there are some registration events present in OCOM and as well the certain amount of currently registered users is being reported. However, when some concrete user's Registration is searched (on the Registrations page or via the User Tracking page) there are no results shown, suggesting the registration did not occur, whereas in reality it is confirmed that user is Registered.
