Goal
How to prepare an old lun for reuse so it can be added to an existing or newly created QFS filesystem.
We are retiring a QFS filesystem and would like to reuse the storage luns for a different QFS volumes. Do I need to re-initialize or zero out the lun (dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/) to properly add lun to another existing QFS volume?
