If you update the Solaris 11 OS using the command 'pkg update', and move from S11.1 SRU12.5 to SRU19.6, the Ops Agents may show a "?" Offline state on EC BUI.
In the Domain Model the com.sun.cacao.cached.impl.client.ClientCacheManager entry may show ONLINE on the Agents, but OFFLINE on the EC.
