How to Re-Deploy the Secure Global Desktop Administration Console (Doc ID 1683570.1)

In certain situations, the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) administrator (admin) may not be able to access, or reliably maintain connection with the SGD Administration Console.  

Note: This scenario is different than that which is described within <Document 1358539.1>, which describes a scenario wherein the admin is logged out when accessing different browser tabs while logged in.   Oracle Secure Global Desktop Administration Console Triggers Forced Logout When Navigating Through Tabs

If the guidance provided in this document does not resolve the report, it may be necessary to re-deploy  the Administration Console incase the problems are due to corruption.

This article provides the steps to carry this procedure out.
