Information in this document applies to any platform.
In certain situations, the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) administrator (admin) may not be able to access, or reliably maintain connection with the SGD Administration Console.
If the guidance provided in this document does not resolve the report, it may be necessary to re-deploy the Administration Console incase the problems are due to corruption.
This article provides the steps to carry this procedure out.
