Symptoms
While there are calls which should actually match a certain KPI the calls are not reflected within the KPI or the KPI stays at 0 at all.
This affects especially KPIs of the category "IETF KPIs and metrics".
Here are some KPIs that are affected by this:
- Session Establishment ratio
- Session Duration Time
- Session establishment effectiveness ratio
- Session success ratio
- Failed session completion ratio
- Successful session completion ratio
- Session disconnect failure ratio
- Ineffictive session attempts ratio
- Session disconnect failure ratio
- ineffective session attempts ratio
- Session defects ratio
