NFS Mount Option Proto=tcp, Fails With " Client Credentials Too Weak " On Solaris 11.1 SRU 18.5 or SRU 19.6

After patching to Solaris 11.1 SRU 18.5 (or 11.1 SRU 19.6) the mount using proto=tcp will utilize TCP for the RPC PORTMAP and RPC MOUNT protocol options. The problem is seen due to the fact that the RPC MOUNT -> MNT is done from a connection using an anonymous TCP port - the same connection in which the version/availability checking RPC MOUNT->NULL operation is being done.
Some NFS servers may require the RPC MOUNT -> MNT request be from a privileged port. In that case they reply with the "Authentication too weak" when the request is made from an anonymous port.
The system was patched to Solaris 11.1 SRU 18.5 or Solaris 11.1 SRU 19.6.
