Applies to:

Oracle Secure Global Desktop - Version 4.71 to 5.1 [Release 4.0 to 5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A Secure Global Desktop (SGD) user may report odd mouse and keyboard behavior on some X Applications when the client's keyboard NumLock is ON: User may not able to move graphical objects via mouse or edit application parameters, etc. Once the NumLock is turned OFF all these start to work again.

This issue was not seen with SGD 4.63 and earlier versions but started to happen with SGD 4.7 and later versions.

Changes

SGD version 4.7 introduced a new X Server Implementation based on the X.Org Foundation X Server release, X11R7.6
