Symptoms

 System is not booting, when attempting to power it on it takes longer than expected. When extracting logs from the console, the error message "ERROR: Could not read part number from FIOBD/SEEPROM" is displayed

Required EXPANDER at FIOBD/IOEXP30 is not present.
Required EXPANDER at FIOBD/IOEXP32 is not present.
Required CURRENT_SENSOR at FIOBD/I_USB is not present.
Required SYS_FAN at FT0/FM0 is not present.
Required SYS_FAN at FT0/FM1 is not present.
Required SYS_FAN at FT0/FM2 is not present.
Required LED at SYS/ACT is not present.
Required LED at SYS/LOCATE is not present.
Required LED at SYS/SERVICE is not present.
Required LED at SYS/REAR_FAULT is not present.
Required LED at SYS/TEMP_FAULT is not present.
Required LED at SYS/TOP_FAN_FAULT is not present.
Required LED at FT0/FM0/SERVICE is not present.
Required LED at FT0/FM1/SERVICE is not present.
Required LED at FT0/FM2/SERVICE is not present.
Required FRU_PROM at FIOBD/SEEPROM is not present.
