Iostat "Illegal Requests" and "Device Not Ready" Counter Increase Every Hour (Doc ID 1905565.1)

Symptoms

Monitoring system health by looking at "iostat -iE" output will show that error counter "Device Not Ready" and "Hard Error" increase on DVDrom device:

 

Changes

 OS version is Solaris 10 or higher
