The Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Administrator may receive reports that users connecting to Windows Desktop sessions using iPad clients may receive inconsistent results, including occasional gray screens.
This behavior is seen even after installing latest Secure Global Desktop patch set clusters. (PSU).
