iPad Users Report Sporadic Gray Screens while Attempting to Connect to Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1906636.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Tip: The Administrator may also clear the cache on the servers of usernames and passwords for anyone who seems to be having problematic issues with the use of SGD. This may achieved by:

1. Launching the Administration Console,
2. Selecting the User Profiles tab.
3. Navigate to the user in question.
4. Click the following tabs and remove any data that has been cached in each tab:
- Passwords
- Tokens
- User Sessions
- Application Sessions

Symptoms

The Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Administrator may receive reports that users connecting to Windows Desktop sessions using iPad clients may receive inconsistent results, including occasional gray screens. 

This behavior is seen even after installing latest Secure Global Desktop patch set clusters. (PSU).
