Trying to manually configure Ops Center agent version on a CDom is producing a "db - Failed to decrypt the password" error and fails to configure.

executing step : db
/var/run/cacao/instances/scn-agent/run/*.pid: No such file or directory
db - Failed to decrypt the password.
