No Default X Application Links On Webtop for Administrator After Installing Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1911657.1)

Symptoms

After installing Secure Global Desktop (SGD), the user Administrator (or root) logs into SGD and finds that there are no default X application links on Administrator Webtop.

Their default Webtop contains some application links such as:
