Zpool Online -e Does Not Increase The Pool Size (Doc ID 1912796.1)

Symptoms

 

 After LUN increased its size, zpool online -e does not increase the pool size:

# zpool list <pool>
NAME SIZE ALLOC FREE CAP DEDUP HEALTH ALTROOT
<pool> 916G 21.2G 895G 2% 1.00x ONLINE -

# zpool online -e <pool> c0t60060E8005BE57000000BE5700001301d0

# zpool list <pool>
NAME SIZE ALLOC FREE CAP DEDUP HEALTH ALTROOT
<pool> 916G 21.2G 895G 2% 1.00x ONLINE -
* note <pool> still remain at 916G, the expand did not work.
