ACSLS - "Library Configuration Error" When Trying To Load Tape And Library Connection Reset (Doc ID 1918189.1)

When using the ACSLS with this new library, SL3000, it goes off line frequently with the error...
"Library configuration error"

Error messages in the acsss_event.log show port resets:

port, line = 870.

Port 0,0 lost communication with the library and has been varied offline. If
communication is reestablished, the port will automatically be varied online.

ACS 0 lost control of the library and has been varied offline. If control is
reestablished, the ACS will automatically be varied to its previous state
(STATE_ONLINE).
