Symptoms
Drain/Space Reclaim does not maintain VTV prior resident status.
Reclaim leaves some VTVs migrated that should be left resident.
VTV was supposed to be kept resident as well as migrated however after RECLAIM or MVCDRAIN, the VTV was no longer resident and only migrated.
