Why is the SAM-QFS Manager GUI showing 1 hour behind the system time of the Solaris 11 SAMFS Server?

For example:

NOTE: The HSM graphical user interface (also known as the file system manager or fsmgr) has been retired starting with Solaris 11 and the official HSM 6.1-04 release. The java web console (the framework used by the sam-qfs GUI) is deprecated since Solaris 11 and won't be found after a fresh install of Solaris 11. There are significant security issues in the underlying framework used by this portion of the product that cannot be addressed and is no longer supported.
