Symptoms

 Symptoms will look like the following. This was seen with one customer installing 149175-05:

Changes

There can be problems installing the latest s10 qlc patches (149175 for SPARC, 149176 for x86) if the Kernel Jumbo Patches (KJP) are downrev. These can lead to qlc not loading on reboot and potentially leaving a system down (if booting with qlc).
