Symptoms

Unable To Login to SL8500 through CLI and SLC. 

 

-When we attempt to login with SSH, Screen shows;

xxxx login: service

You don't exist, go away!

 

xxxx login: admin

You don't exist, go away!

 

xxxx login: oem

You don't exist, go away!

 

-When we attempt to login with remote and local SLC, Screen shows;

User ID or password is not valid.


-When we attempt to login with port_1A, Screen shows;

No supported authentication methods available
